For parcel delivery to Austria with DHL we charge a flat rate of €6.90.

For orders over €99.00 we offer free shipping!

Delivery to Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Italy

For parcel delivery with DHL, we charge a flat rate of €7.90 per order for postage and packaging.

For particularly bulky items, we charge a surcharge of up to €8.99 per bulky item in addition to the shipping costs. Bulky item surcharges are listed on the product detail pages. The exact shipping costs are listed in your shopping cart.

for shipping within Germany 2-4 working days

for shipping to other EU member states 2-8 working days

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends on the last day of the period.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the payment due date is determined according to the calendar, the customer will be in default simply by missing the due date.
