Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely with various payment methods, including credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and purchase on account and installment purchase via PayPal and Klarna. Simply select your preferred method during checkout!
Will my payment details be processed securely?
Our payment transactions are protected by the latest security standards. We use SSL encryption to ensure that all entered data is transmitted securely. Furthermore, we work with trusted payment service providers who are subject to strict security protocols and regularly audited.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
You can usually change or cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please contact our customer service directly by email or phone. Our staff will be happy to assist you and review the options for your specific order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will usually receive an order confirmation by email once we receive your order. This email contains all relevant information about your order, including the order number and an overview of the items. If you haven't received this email, it may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check there.
I received a discount code. Where do I enter it when shopping?
The discount code can be entered in the appropriate field during the checkout process. When entering the voucher code, please pay particular attention to capitalization and ensure that no unnecessary spaces are entered. Only one voucher code can be entered per order. Please note that discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
When and how do I receive the invoice for my order?
We will send the invoice digitally as a PDF to the email address you have provided. There is no invoice included with the package, only a delivery note. You will also receive a shipping confirmation by email when your LILLBI package leaves our warehouse.
